Holistic Healing has been run and operated by Humayu Adam, who is a highly experienced massage therapist who has been practising since 2017.
Humayu is a fully certified massage therapist specialising in Hijama, which is also referred to more commonly as Cupping Therapy. As well as this popular treatment, Massages, Sports Massages and other alternative healthcare is also available. Take a look at the full range of treatments available.
Humayu is highly qualified and holds certifications in Level 5 Hijama Cupping Therapy Diploma, Level 3 Sports and Deep Tissue Massage ITEC.
What are the side effects of cupping therapy?
For some people, effects of the cupping therapy may include some form of mild fatigue as well as circular marks which remain present on the surface of the skin for around 3 -7 days.
How often should I get a massage?
It really depends on your individual lifestyle. An athlete or body builder for example should get a massage once a week to a fortnight.
How often should I get a cupping therapy?
Similar to the previous question, it depends on the strain experienced from your individual lifestyle, an athlete or body builder for example should get a cupping once a month. Ideally alongside regular massage treatments.
